Little Minds at Work

licensed child care and pre-school

Little Minds At Work combines the nurturing aspects of home with the cognitive stimulation of school.  Our philosophy is to feed young minds with an abundance of experiences knowing that they will absorb what they can and starve without given enough food for thought.  At Little Minds children are loved and valued as unique individuals.  We believe that children flourish in an environment that is enjoyable and supportive.

We challenge children to explore their world through art, science and nature studies, and multicultural and diversity awareness.  We prepare children for Kindergarten by teaching developmentally appropriate skills as they grow.  We give children opportunities to express themselves creatively through art and music.  We provide an outside area that we encourage the children to utilize as much as possible so they may run, jump, dig, build, climb, bounce, roll, swing, investigate, pretend, and play to their heart’s content.
